Our hula hālau hosted its second annual Hula High Tea fundraiser at Hula Grill Waikiki in Waikīkī, bringing together our community for an afternoon of hula, tea, and a flower-themed fashion show. Four haumāna, (including our Kumu Hula, Michale Pili Pang) designed original outfits inspired by blossoms, making this special event a joyful celebration of creativity, culture, and support for our hālau.

In celebration of the 2025 Summer Reading Challenge! Hālau Hula Ka Noʻeau will be presenting “HULIAU” -  rooted in the present, with one foot in the past, creating stories for the future" 

What a truly unforgettable night! Our hālau was honored to participate in the inaugural ‘Ilau Ka Hula—a beautiful evening dedicated to hula, music, and community.

Kamaʻāina and visitors are invited to enjoy ʻIolani Palace by moonlight during the Queen Kapiʻolani Evening Tours on December 27, 28 and 29. On these three nights, guests will have the opportunity to take a trip back in time and experience the Palace as it was during a 19th-century soiree hosted by the Hawaiian monarchs.

With one foot rooted in the past, TEAM KA NO‘EAU challenge themselves to define What is Wearable Art. A showcase of artistic experience and Traditional Ingenuity.

As the Queen’s birthday takes place on Dec. 31, the Palace will be adorned with shimmering decorations and music will swell throughout the halls as it would at King Kalakaua’s holiday soirees.

Mark your calendars for the virtual 45th Anniversary Prince Lot Hula Festival to premiere on Thursday, November 3, 7 to 9 pm Hawaii Time, on KHON2.

The Friends of Iolani Palace invites visitors to view the Palace by moonlight in honor of Her Majesty Queen Kapiolani’s birthday. From Saturday through Monday, December 28 through 30, 2019, the Palace will offer its annual evening tours from 5:30 to 9:00 p.m. each night.

PAʻI Foundation announces a new collaboration with Nā Kumu Hula Vicky Holt Takamine, Robert Uluwehi Cazimero, and Michael Pili Pang.

The Welcoming Ceremony is a free event open to the public that features dance, music, and ceremony welcoming the festival’s guest artists and visiting companies.
